Draft: Resolve "Ubuntu 24.04 related changes to documentation"

• Module hierarchy changes - we already have issue #53 and MR !73 for this - Georgia to change
• Moving from long partition to QOS related changes - Georgia to send some wording
• MPI documentation updates - what updates besides recommending mpirun?
• Update to conda/latest module name in Conda docs
• Add warning to venv page about the python change for old venvs
• Recommend mpirun over srun for MPI task launching - in jobs/mpi?
