Add iconcard and linklist shortcodes, overhaul personlist

Main changes

  • Overhauls the "person" list entry to have more fine grained control over bio and email display and sort order.
  • Adds the iconcard and linklist shortcodes.

Minor changes

  • Fixes safari icon color
  • Fixes inline code styling when it shows up in lists and such
