salloc/sbatch options and man page references

The sbatch page only references the man page in the section about email, however it should also be linked to text suggesting it's the complete guide to the command. Also the link should go to the version we are using, e.g. https://slurm.schedmd.com/archive/slurm-23.02.7/sbatch.html

On the salloc page, there is text referencing the command man salloc, which is fine, but it could also link to the online version.

Consider adding a separate page that lists the most common options for salloc and sbatch .
