Organize Features list by purpose

We have groups of features for several more-or-less orthogonal reasons. It'd be nice to be able to group these in various places. Suggested categories:

• GPU model
• GPU capability (sm)
• GPU vram
• CPU architecture
• CPU model
• Other (currently just ib and beeond); could also be called something like "job support"
